Our solution

We started with strategic workshops to refine her positioning and identify the best acquisition channels. Instead of spending months on development, we built a fast MVP using no-code (Bubble) with a NoSQL back-end for chatbot interactions. Within weeks, the first version was live and ready for testing.

Market validation came next. We launched Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns, targeting early adopters and tracking engagement with Mixpanel and Hotjar. The data quickly confirmed strong demand, with a customer acquisition cost (CAC) of CHF 50.

This traction enabled Jane to secure CHF 600,000 in funding. But instead of continuing with LAMAL insurance, we identified a more profitable opportunity: third-pillar insurance. Her product evolved into an AI-driven interactive form, designed to capture and qualify leads more effectively.

We then structured a comprehensive marketing strategy, integrating SEO, paid acquisition, and social media to fuel growth. Finally, Jane transitioned from B2C to B2B, now selling high-value leads to major insurance companies.

Thanks to this approach, Jane went from zero to a profitable and scalable business. Today, she generates CHF 15,000 in monthly revenue, with a B2B model that allows her to sell leads to top industry players.
